Voice-Alert!
Our Voice-Alert software was designed to send
software-generated alert messages to people
through the public telephone system. This
software was and is used to:

mission-critical staff of data-system events
requiring immediate attention, such as system
failures during non-working hours

management, investors, customers or vendors
of important events, such as unusual changes
in inventory or financial position

emergency teams and other essential personnel
of disasters or accidents
Helpdesk
Attendant!
Our
Helpdesk Attendant, enables a caller to report
information about a problem and use it to
automatically redirect the call to a technician
with the required expertise, while providing
the technician with information about the
caller to speed up diagnostics and resolution.
Pager-Alert!
Our
Pager Alert software, as another example,
sends automatic touch-tone, alphanumeric,
and two-way pages to management and system
technicians when system problems occur or
dispatching is required.
Spectrum Automation Inc. is also the developer
of a variety of electronic mail interfaces,
to automatically notify callers when called-in
activity has generated significant events,
using HTML (Internet) and graphical features.
