over fifteen years, Spectrum Automation Corporation
has served a client base of appreciative organizations
and individuals. This has been our achievement
because it was first our goal. We understand
that the highest level of quality is required,
for a modest investment; this will cause expectations
to be met and exceeded. When expectations are
exceeded, individuals with project responsibilities
appreciate that their project went well, because
our company cared enough to invest the highest
quality for a reasonable investment. The appreciative

Our engagement
philosophy is that we must not take on a project
for which we cannot commit to providing a higher
level of quality than the norm. From Avon to
the US Department of Treasury, Fidelity Investments
to Shell Oil, Dow Chemical to MBNA, and GE Aerospace
to GE lighting, we have done well for our clients.
When Management
at Peregrine Systems decided in 1990 not to
engage in any consulting work Spectrum Automation
agreed to provide all professional services
for Peregrine's Customers. As we became intimately
familiar with Peregrine software and large scale
global implementations, we began to appreciate
the crucial benefits of investing more than
necessary on projects to guarantee success,
a guarantee we have always been willing to provide
on projects or assignments which we are given
responsibility and authority.
As Peregrine Systems grew and
decided to launch their own professional services,
Spectrum Automation continued in the marketplace
as an alternate option, developing software
that expanded the functionality of Peregrine
products.
- Spectrum Automation was
the first to offer alpha paging to dispatch
technicians on urgent system failures.
- The first to provide spell
checker for ServiceCenter
- The first to provide the
flexibility of table-generated notifications
- The first to provide WBT
(Web Based Training) for Peregrine software.
And their have
been many other first. We also began to acquire
call-center expertise, and engineered the preliminary
inbound helpdesk calls linked with problem tickets.
Spectrum Automation has been a partner with
Peregrine for many years.
Prior to providing Professional
Services for Peregrine software, Spectrum Automation
provided hardware, firmware, and software for
bundled specialty solutions. Today Spectrum
Automation is truly ab;e to provide a spectrum
of products and services, including premier
professional service related to hardware, firmware
software development, helpdesk and call-center
management, Web Based Training, and ServiceCenter.
