Peregrine ServiceCenter

 

Spectrum Automation Corp. has been implementing, customizing, and maintaining global Peregrine software for over 15 years. Large IT organizations are what you would expect: Shell Oil, (the formerly) Chase Manhattan and Citibank, GE, Fidelity Investments, etc. We work on all ServiceCenter modules, including Request Management, Service Management, Infra inventory and configuration, SLA, SCAutomate, and ConnectIt. We also have expertise with other Peregrine software, such as AssetCenter and GetIt.

It should be noted that our ServiceCenter expertise is at senior level internationally. Steve Woulf, for example, was a development manager at Peregrine years ago, and has written and customized multiple new applications in ServiceCenter's RAD language that have been deployed internationally. Spectrum Automation Corp. has come to market with multiple RAD software applications to assist with specialty needs, such as automated alpha paging and cross-platform interfaces.
