SM7 Products and Utilties

Spectrum Automation has developed several hardware and software tools that provide enhanced functionality within SM7 and ITSM models. We have listed below our most recent products and utilities. Software Utilities

Assignee Tool - When SM7 is used to assign an Incident to a member of an Assignment Group, this tool interrupts the process and displays the current Incidents assigned to each person in the Assignment Group, allowing for load balancing during the assignment process. 

Mass Resolve Tool - After an Incident source trouble has been resolved, it is often useful to resolve all Incidents that are related to it. This utility provides for setting of all Incidents in a queue to be resolved at the same time, with the same comments.

Hardware and Software.

Inventory non-discovery tool - Some companies are more concerned about the location of IT inventory than unexpected existence of inventory. By applying our cost-effective device during the procurement process, and loading this software, CIs can be dynamically updated in the database with location and useage information.
