inbound call centers and Helpdesks. These products
provide call switching and distribution functions,
and alert notifications for fulfillment and
dispatching
Spectrum Automation's Helpdesk Attendant,
enables a caller to report information about
a problem and use it to automatically redirect
the call to a technician with the required expertise,
while providing the technician with information
about the caller to speed up diagnostics and
resolution.
Pager-Alert! software, as another example, sends
automatic touch-tone, alphanumeric, and two-way
pages to management and system technicians when
system problems occur or dispatching is required.
Spectrum Automation Inc. is also the developer
of a variety of electronic mail interfaces,
to automatically notify callers when called-in
activity has generated significant events, using
HTML (Internet) and graphical features. |
